Agent Authentication Control

Sets whether an agent requires user authentication — none, authenticate with Microsoft Entra, or manual — and enforces web channel security, so a published or autonomous agent does not expose corporate data to anonymous users. Reduces unauthenticated-access and data-exposure risk.
